1. Technical Consultation
Every project begins with a technical consultation with our engineer or programmer.
We review drawings, identify risks, and propose the most efficient approach with clear timelines.
2. Quotation & CAM Preparation
Once the details are clear, we create a transparent quotation and build a tailored CAM strategy. Every setup is custom-made for maximum precision, nothing is pre-programed.
3. Precision Machining & Inspection
Machining runs on our 3-, 4-,5--axis CNC centers. We measure critical features during production and correct any risks in real time to ensure first-time accuracy.
4. Final Inspection
Every component goes through CMM measurement, visual and surface inspection, and proper labeling. Optional photo reports are provided for full transparency.
5. Delivery
Orders are shipped on schedule according to the agreed lead-time tier. We take on fewer projects to guarantee every delivery meets its deadline.
